The fonds consists of materials largely related to the life and death of Robert M. Aitken. Although his early life in Edmonton is represented through his yearbooks and clippings regarding his sports activities with local leagues, the majority of the records focus on his military career beginning with the Royal Canadian Airforce (R.C.A.F.) through to his transfer to the Fleet Air Arm of the Royal Navy. Besides material created by Robert in the course of his duties, records created by Marjory Aitken, his mother, are present throughout the fonds, most notably in letters received from correspondents regarding her son’s death. The photographs consist of images taken and collected by Marjory throughout Robert’s life, including of his childhood, military service, and eventual gravesite.

Marshall, AlbertThe fonds consists of one history of highland dancing with references to the Alberta Highland Dancing Association, prepared by Sandra Allnutt, the Branch’s publicity chairman, in 1976. The history contains information about the origins of Highland dancing, in addition to details specific to ten individual dances.

The fonds consists of materials collected during research for columns, including a history of the Tegler Trust, a copy of the Hudson's Bay anniversary publication, books including the "EPS: the First Hundred Years - A History of the Edmonton Police Service," badges and a copy of the "Edmonton Journal" (08/23/1973) on the James Cameron bomb threat edition, and a videotape titled "Canada in View: Living Ghosts" (CFRN April 1995).
- MS 531.1: This fonds consists of Mair's research into the Edmonton Police Service, including his finished manuscript and drafts, files from the Edmonton Police Service, Newspaper clippings primarily from the 1980s, and his research into the Frank Willey and Robert Nevelle murders (both murder files are restricted).
- MS 531.2: This fonds consists of Alex Mair's research into the history of the Edmonton Police Service, including transcripts and notes from interviews with various members of the EPS, as well as research notes and manuscript drafts.
- MS 531.3: This fonds consists of Alex Mair's research into the history of Edmonton and Alberta, some personal papers (including engineering material), and his scripts and notes for his CBC radio broadcasts from the 1970s to 2001.
The fonds consists of materials created or collected by Alice Roswell Schroeder of Edmonton and dating from 1940 to 1978. The fonds consists of a history of the Little Mountain Cemetery and a list of interments as compiled by the Alberta Genealogical Society. There are also clippings, a scrapbook, prints and cards, and a publication of the genealogy of the Rowswell-Hutchings families of Poplar Lake (929 ROW).
Schroeder, Alyce RowswellThe fonds consists of a collection of historical sketches on the Riverdale area created by Amos Skinner. It includes lists of street names in Riverdale and of Principals at Riverdale School.
The records include references to Mr. D.B. Fraser, Fraser’s Mill and Mr. J.B. Little.
The community of Riverdale is located along the North Saskatchewan River. Settlers arriving in the 1880s were quick to develop this large flat area, which was just one mile downstream from Fort Edmonton. One of the first arrivals was Daniel Robert Fraser, who started a flour and sawmill in the flats in 1881. The area became known as Fraser Flats until the community changed the name to Riverdale in 1910.
The fonds consists of a diary belonging to Robert’s second wife, Margaret ‘Greta’ McPherson (Grant) Anderson and papers relating to the birth registration of their son Malcolm Robert Anderson (b 19 Apr 1920). There is also a poem written by Robert Thompson Anderson, Our Capital Town, about the city of Edmonton and apparently read at annual events in the fire department.
The photographs include the Anderson home and family members, Edmonton street scenes and events, and the Edmonton Fire Department and Health Department.
The fonds also includes Robert’s published works, The Old Timer and Other Poems (819 AND), Canadian Born and other Western Verse (819 AND 1913 c.3) and Troopers in France (819 AND 1932).

The fonds consists of a documents, photographs, scrapbooks and news clippings related to Andrew Parnham’s military service and the 51st Battalion, C.E.F.
This fonds also consists of records of the 51st Battalion Association, including minutes, correspondence, membership and financial records and the nominal roll of officers, non-commissioned officers and men of the battalion. It also includes the association gavel and the leather briefcase that held the association records.
The material is arranged into two main sections, Andrew L. Parnham and the 51st Battalion Association.
The collection consists of materials collected by Anna Moran and given to her daughter Doris Lendahl. The collection consists of photograph albums and calendar cards, dated 1895-1904, a copy of "Hill's Manual of Social and Business Forms" and beaded belts. The blue, black and red belt (item 6) was made for Mrs. Lendahl's mother, Anna Moran, by an Indigenous woman.
