The fonds consists of materials created by the Zaychuk family of Beverly and Edmonton, Alberta between 1946 and 1994. The fonds consists of various photographs, personal correspondence, newspaper clippings, Zaychuk Berry Farm and Beverly Motel documents, Town of Beverly Minutes ca.1950's, scrapbooks, certificate and a list of winners (photocopy) from 1956 Edmonton Exhibition Culinary competition, which includes Mary Zaychuk.
Zaychuk FamilyThe fonds consists of materials created or collected by the Edmonton Chapter of the Y's Menettes between 1951 and 1965. The fonds consists of photographs, bulletins, regional conference and Western District material and papers mostly relating to annual fundraising teas held and include the names of honoured guests, such as Mrs. Elmer Roper. There is also a scrapbook which includes additional photographs, a tea poster, bulletins, newspaper clippings, convention material and financial statements.
Y's Menettes Club. Edmonton ChapterThis collection consists of the records of Womonspace from their formal incorporation in 1982 until the last newsletter was published in 2011. The records include meeting minutes, monthly newsletters, event planning, and financial reports. Additionally, numerous records relating to the local and national LGBTQ+ communities are included, such as the GALA Human Rights Committee and GALA Week, as well as LGBTQ+ business guides. Also included are numerous newspaper clippings related to Womonspace and the LGBTQ+ community.
Womonspace- The fonds consists of a history of the William Rowland family written by Phyllis Semaniuk and photographs of members of the Rowland family.

Lyle, WilliamThe fonds consists of a history of the life of John Frances Grant compiled by William J. Nutt. The manuscript covers the time frame of John Grant's life, 1831-1907.
John F. Grant came from a Metis family who were active in the fur trade in Lower Canada and the Northwest from about the 1770s. John was born 7 Jan 1832 to Marie Ann Breland and Richard Grant in Fort des Prairies, later known as Fort Edmonton. His father, Richard "Handsome" Grant, was an employee of the Hudson's Bay Company at the time. John’s mother died when he was a toddler and he was sent to live with his grandmother and aunt in Quebec.
John Grant was educated at Trois-Rivieres, Quebec before joining his father who became chief factor at Fort Hall, Montana. John later worked as a trapper, trader and settler before returning to Canada. He eventually settled in Alberta and died in Edmonton in 1907.
The fonds also consists of photographs of John Francis Grant, his father William, and photographs of paintings of John’s sister Jane Grant Lauranger, and John’s grandmother Marguerite Laframboise Grant.
Nutt, William J.The fonds consists of the correspondence and papers of William J. McKernan created during the operation of the Princess Theatre. The correspondence includes letters between the Princess Theatre and its main film distributor, Famous Players Film Service Ltd. of Calgary. Other records include billing and credit statements, fire prevention notices, legislation regarding censorship, and theatre-goer taxation.
