This collection consists of the records of Womonspace from their formal incorporation in 1982 until the last newsletter was published in 2011. The records include meeting minutes, monthly newsletters, event planning, and financial reports. Additionally, numerous records relating to the local and national LGBTQ+ communities are included, such as the GALA Human Rights Committee and GALA Week, as well as LGBTQ+ business guides. Also included are numerous newspaper clippings related to Womonspace and the LGBTQ+ community.
WomonspaceThis collections consists of records created by both the members of the Alumnae Association and by the Association itself. The types of records include yearbooks, membership books, bylaws, photographs, and certificates.
Royal Alexandra Hospital School of Nursing Alumnae AssociationThe collection consists of a variety of cookbooks including an 1899 copy of "The Dominion Cook Book" and a 1904 edition of the "Blue Ribbon Cook Book".
Moore, MaryThis collection consists of various materials related to the Edmonton Grads basketball team. The records include Winnie Martin Tait's Edmonton Grads scrapbook, an academic paper written by Jennifer Miller-Tait, photographs of the Edmonton Grads, and six figurines made in the likeness of Edmonton Grad team members.
Tait, MargaretThis collection consists of material collected by Karen Rowswell through her involvement in social movement organizations. The collection includes newspaper clippings, magazine articles, journal publications, photographs, posters, booklets, resource guides, and pamphlets relating to feminism, the anti-war movement, and political ideologies. The material is largely from the 1960s and 1970s, with some records dating between 1980-1994.
Rowswell, KarenThis collection consists of records of horse brands, souvenir programs, cards, invitations, memorabilia, City of Edmonton walking and driving tours, resource material and reports of the Heritage Sites Selection Committee, records of the start of the Edmonton Historical Board, the McKay Avenue School Archives and Museum, Fort Edmonton Historical Foundation, and biographies and notes about early settlers of Edmonton. This collection also includes paraphernalia and documentation from the wider McQueen family and several books on the history of Alberta.

The collection consists of materials collected by Evelyn McEachern and created between 1920 and 1944. The collection consists of a songbook and photograph album from Alberta College (1920) and souvenirs of the Edmonton Grads Basketball team. There is also a manuscript entitled "Flashing Clouds" written by Agnes Stuart.
McEachern, Evelyn McClellanThe collection consists of predominately published materials and photographs collected by Eva McKitrick between 1909 and 1990. The textual records relate to the history of Edmonton and Canada's Indigenous People, and were split into two series along these topics. The photographs predominately document the McKitrick family and their travels and work around Canada.
