There are also typewritten copies of "Recollections of Arthur Osborne Cload", "My Own Story" which includes the memories of his youth, WWI, coming to Canada in 1925 under the British Empire settlement Scheme and "Recollections of Early Auctioneers" pertaining to Edmonton.

The records include photographs of his family, friends, home, and travels from childhood to retirement. Photographs also include his attendance at the Redress of the Chinese Head Tax in Ottawa in 2006 and his involvement in the Edmonton Chinese Christian Church. The fonds incudes textual records of Jim's career as a mechanic and landlord including certificates, licenses, correspondence, reference letters and customer surveys. Jim worked for a range of companies in Edmonton including Crosstown, Kingsway Toyota and the City of Edmonton. The fonds also includes genealogical research, a pin, a patch and a painting by S. Chen of Jim and George Yee.

This fonds consists of the self published book "Old Trails and Baer Tales: A Reminiscence, the Autobiography and Family History of Anton Ernest (Tony) Baer, a Baer Family Genealogy and 91 photographs that relate to the family history. The book tells the history of Tony's dad Anton Baer's immigration from Austria to Canada, his travels around Saskatchewan and Alberta, his families Moonshine activities, and then Tony's own history from childhood in Saskatchewan and Alberta, his military service in World War II, return to Edmonton and up to his move to the Yukon.

This collection consists of records created and collected by Dr. Evans in his work regarding Chinese immigration and settlement in Western Canada. The records consist of original research materials written by Dr. Evans, copies of newspaper clippings of events featuring members of the Chinese community, and copies of documents originally found in Library and Archives Canada regarding Chinese immigration and movement.
