The fonds consists of records used and created by the Nichols Brothers Ltd. including three parts and price books from Nichols Brothers, Machinery Dealers, 1939-1957, business correspondence, bills, and receipts. There are also copies of specification sheets on various pieces of machinery in which Nichols Brothers dealt and 2 copies of the 1969 auction poster for the shop's closing.
The photographs include an interior of the shop.
The fonds consists of a program of the Negev testimonial dinner given in honour of Hy Baltzan in June 1976.
