The fonds consists of materials created or collected by Arthur Cload of Edmonton and dating from ca. 1910-1987.This fonds consists of one small album of postcards, mainly of scenes in early 20th century Prairie Provinces. There are also typewritten copies of "Recollections of Arthur Osborne Cload", "My Own Story" which includes the memories of his youth, WWI, coming to Canada in 1925 under the British Empire settlement Scheme and "Recollections of Early Auctioneers" pertaining to Edmonton.

This fonds contains biographical information about Arthur John Mallandaine compiled by his son, Tim. The material documents Mallandaine's life and interests. In addition, this fonds contains a trophy that John won in Edmonton's first soap box derby hosted by the Edmonton Journal. The trophy was donated and awarded by Roger Jenkins of the Boston Bruins hockey team.

The fonds consists of one photograph of the 1st Depot Battalion (Alberta).
Depot Battalions were created in central locations across Canada to handle the training of the final allotments of recruits. The recruits received minimal training at the Depot Battalions and were then sent to reserve battalions in England where they received the rest of their training. The 1st Depot Battalion was formed in 1917 and 1918 to provide reinforcements for the 10th, 31st, 49th and 50th Battalions through the 21st Canadian Reserve Battalion.
It is possible an ancestor or relative of Audrey Bourget is in the photo but this is not confirmed.

The fonds consists of records relating to the activities of the Aurora Borealis Chapter 10 C.J. Order of AHEPA and includes correspondence, programmes, minutes, news clippings relating to special events and the Canadian Greek community, photographs, genealogical resources, and research materials gathered by Jean Pierre Van Eck, a member and Supreme Vice President of AHEPA Canada. Also included in the fonds are items relating to the membership of James Anton in the order. The photographs include portraits of groups and individuals that were members of AHEPA, as well as images taken during AHEPA events. Also included in the photographs are images of members of the wider Edmonton Greek community that might not have been members of AHEPA.

This fonds consists of records from the Baker Clinic, including partnership agreements between 1955 and 1974, Accounts of J.O. Baker's practice from January 1930 to July 1932, and a Baker Clinic Journal from 1963 to 1992. This fonds also includes a brief biography and autobiography of Dr. Jermyn Oscar Baker, the founder of the Baker Clinic. There is also a programme from the 1952 Canadian Football Championship, and a copy of "Edmonton: the First Fifty Years."
